Return2Source owes much of its existence to the work of the legendary figures who hosted the initial parties which began what we now know as the underground scene. The likes of David Mancuso's Loft Party and Michael Brody's Paradise Garage in New York during the late 20th century are central to our vision and their influence cannot be overstated. 

Their relentless passion was to build inclusive spaces for marginalised communities to enjoy underground dance music with often the best quality audiophile sound equipment available. They also championed the concept of long extended sets with slow builds throughout the night allowing the tension of the room to rise with the music. 

This setting often allows for the greatest opportunity to realise the Dionysian experience where the idea of the individual as you are lost in the moment with others.
